1. Exhaust lampblack and waste gas
Smoke exhaust equipment captures and removes all lampblack, steam and waste gas generated by kitchen equipment to ensure that lampblack and hot gas do not spill out and take away excess hot children generated by some kitchen equipment.
2. Reasonably supplement fresh air
According to the natural make-up air volume of the kitchen and the fresh air volume of the air conditioner, the fresh air volume of the forced draft fan shall be considered comprehensively. Make the make-up fresh air and smoke exhaust air volume match to balance the negative pressure generated by smoke exhaust, so that there is a slight negative pressure in the kitchen, and ensure that even when the outdoor doors and windows are closed in winter, when the kitchen door is opened, there is no more than 3111/8 wind speed flowing into the kitchen.
3. Control temperature
According to the working environment requirements of the kitchen, the system has the function of indoor temperature regulation, and various workplaces can control the room temperature according to actual needs.
4. Fresh air purification
The supplemented fresh air shall be purified and temperature regulated to prevent dust and sundries from mixing into the kitchen and polluting food.
5. Purify lampblack and eliminate noise
The lampblack discharged shall be purified to eliminate noise and reduce environmental pollution.
6. Optimize the design to save energy and reduce consumption
Through system calculation, balance optimization design shall be carried out for system flow, pressure, heat and other technical indicators to make the system ventilator work at the optimal working point. Decentralized control and system dynamic balance design are adopted to enable the system to save energy and reduce consumption.
