During the installation of stainless steel air duct, the stainless steel air duct will occasionally be deformed due to improper operation or limited environment. How to solve such problems?
First, proofing. Especially for the parts with complex shapes, the stainless steel plate shall be marked in advance to avoid rework and deformation.
Secondly, reduce manual operation. The plate is easily deformed due to manual hammering. However, the machine for cutting, folding and seaming will be much more accurate. Regular processing plants will be equipped with professional mechanical equipment for blanking processing.
Then, weld in sequence. During the welding of air ducts, they shall be heated or cooled as evenly as possible to reduce deformation. When assembling and welding, first fix the fixture on the welding to avoid deformation.
